Each order fulfillment that triggers a packing slip email counts as one slip toward your monthly total. The counter resets automatically on the 1st of every calendar month.
New slips are skipped for the rest of the month. You can upgrade at any time to resume sending immediately. No jobs in progress are interrupted — only new fulfillment events that arrive after the limit is hit are skipped.
Yes. Auto Packing Slip uses standard Shopify fulfillment webhooks and works on all Shopify plans, including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus.

Optionally yes. Paste a direct URL to your logo image in app Settings → Email content → Store logo URL, and it will appear at the top of every email and PDF. Any publicly accessible image URL works — the easiest way is to upload your logo in Shopify admin → Content → Files and click "Copy link" next to it. The items table always includes each product's image from your catalog automatically.
The PDF layout is fixed by design — it mirrors Shopify's default packing slip closely, so your warehouse and shipping partners (e.g. Aramex) see a familiar document with every order. Product images come in automatically. You can optionally add a store logo via the "Store logo URL" field in Settings.
Yes. The Settings page has a "Send test email" button that runs the full pipeline against either sample data or one of your last 20 real orders, and delivers it to your configured recipients with [TEST] in the subject.
Yes. The Job Log shows every slip with its status. Failed jobs can be retried with a single click. The app also retries automatically up to 5 times before marking a job as failed.
